Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line is the first two-line electrified high-speed railway independently designed and constructed by Chinese enterprise. Started in 1999 and completed in 2002, it is approximately 404-kilometer-long. CREC independently built approximately 60% of the project which has won the Luban Award for Construction Project.
